SCHEDULING

Services are scheduled by appointment only. To accommodate today’s busy lifestyle we do often have same day appointments available. However, to ensure that we are able to accommodate your preferred appointment times, we ask that you schedule with as much advance notice as possible. All appointments are reserved with a $25 non-refundable non-transferable deposit at the time of scheduling. Deposits can be sent via:

Your appointment will not be confirmed until your deposit is received. NO HOLDS. Please be deposit ready at booking. Your Non-Refundable/Non-transferable Deposit will go toward your total.

NO extra guests allowed…unless all parties are scheduled to receive services AND…In the case of MINOR children, it is absolutely ok for a parent to accompany his/her child to the appointment.

YOUR FIRST VISIT

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This allows you time to find us & enjoy our space for the first time without feeling rushed.

Any nail enhancements not applied by Get Wright Nails, LLC must be safely removed prior to service. When booking your desired service please include "enhancement removal" using the add on feature.

Book accordingly at your own convenience. What you do not book will not be performed. This is to ensure that your service doesn't run into another clients appointment time.

If your nail beds are damaged, we reserve the right to refuse service. If you have a fungus and or severe nail damage please refrain from booking. If your appointment is canceled due to damage and or fungus, you are still responsible for the remaining balance of scheduled service. If you’re not sure, let’s talk before you book.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand, life is crazy and things happen. We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This advanced notice allows us to offer the appointment slot to clients on our waitlist who are eagerly waiting to secure a spot at our studio. We will always do our best to reschedule an appointment; however, your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. A DEPOSIT is REQUIRED to RE-BOOK.

PAYMENT

Full payment is due at time of service. You are responsible for the balance due after your deposit is deducted. We accept Cashapp, Venmo, and ApplePay.

RUNNING LATE:

If you are running more than 10 minutes late according to our clock, the appointment may have to be rescheduled. We will do what we can to get you in as soon as we can. Please let us know as soon as possible if you're going to be late. In the event that we are still able to service you, a $20 late fee will be applied at checkout. This policy aims to respect the time of both our clients and our technician, allowing us to provide an excellent experience to everyone.

HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS

Please inform us at the time of scheduling of any health conditions, allergies, special needs or concerns you have. Your safety is important to us, and some services may not be appropriate for certain conditions.

SICK POLICY

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, we ask that if you are sick (which includes a cold, a fever, the flu, COVID, RSV, etc.) or have the onset of symptoms of an illness, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. If you arrive for your appointment with symptoms of an illness, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. This is for your well being as well as the health of our employees and clients.

REPAIRS

We pride ourselves in the quality of our work and strive to ensure that every guest who leaves Get Wright Nails, LLC is 100% satisfied. However, if you find that you are unhappy with the end result of your service, we would be more than happy to make any needed repairs to your nails within 3 days of your last appointment, at no charge.
